Suggested Use

Use for about one month at a time, alternating with the Optimize A Bundle rather than staying on a single phase longer than one to two months. If you are sensitive, add one product at a time in the order shown on the dosing card. If you have CT-Minerals remaining from Optimize A, continue it until the bottle is finished. Use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
