At Trinity Cell Sciences, your satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it arrives in proper condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting:

To process a claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement.
Please note: Refunds are not issued for items damaged during shipping.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be purchased directly from our website
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
If approved, refunds will be issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping fees).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Return shipping address
- Reason for return
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
If you believe you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
